are we penalized for submitting all assessments before the teacher grades.

I worked over the holiday weekend and have like 8 assessments complete just need to submit.

Will I be penalized for submitting everything and waiting?

Why would a teacher tell you not to resubmit?

I’m trying to get 4.0 translated all the way.

But I was given 3 distinguished and 2 proficient in an assignment.

Should I resubmit? Will this hurt my translated GPA?

When to apply for masters program

I’ve completed 5 classes since June 8th.
I’m almost done with my bachelors.

Can I go ahead and apply to my masters program so everything will be ready immediately after I complete my bachelors.

I feel like I’m flying.

Thanks

What does Capella use to grade papers

I’m curious because I’ve gotten distinguished on some papers that I don’t think deserved it. I was just trying to get done.

Do they use pangram still or just turn it in.
All my papers now are 19% or less and that’s usually due to references

Keep getting changes to FINANCIAL AID

My financial aid amount keeps changing I’m flex path.
At first it was $9k then 13k now 16k.

I keep finishing classes but I thought it was one amount per billing cycle no matter how m ah classes you do. I started 6/8 and have done 5 classes so far

Refunds form June start date

If I’m using loans and Pell grant When can I expect a refund and how do you determine the amount of refund since I’m a “half Time student” since I’m just starting. They won’t let you be a full time in the beginning they said for fin-aid . So I don’t get to utilize my Pell.

So what will my refund look like-if anyone has any experience in getting a refund when using Pell and loans

Thank you.

Business Administration-HRM

Anyone taking BBA-HRM at Capella on flex path and used study.com

I’ve taken all the classes on Sophia that was in the business pathway.

I have these classes at Capella left :

BUS-FPX 2007 - Introduction to Business Perspectives
BUS-FPX 3050 - Fundamentals of Organizational Communication
BUS-FPX 4801 - Ethics and Enterprise
BUS-FPX 3022 - Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management
BUS-FPX 2012 - Leadership Fundamentals
BUS-FPX 3040 - Fundamentals of Human Resource Management
BUS-FPX 4802 - Change Management
BUS-FPX 4045 - Recruiting, Retention, and Development
BUS-FPX 4043 - Compensation and Benefits Management
BUS-FPX 4044 - Legal Issues in Human Resource Management
BUS-FPX 4046 - Employee and Labor Relations
BUS-FPX 4048 - International HR Management Issues
BUS-FPX 4047 - Employee Training and Development

how do I know if any of these are able to be taken and transferred from Study.com before I pay the fees at study.com?

I can’t figure out where to go to cross exam them from the website.

flex path achievements

As a FlexPath student at Capella University, I would love to see recognition opportunities such as a Dean’s List, honor awards, or achievement distinctions for FlexPath students because we work just as hard as GuidedPath students and would appreciate having something motivating to achieve while earning our degrees.

Anyone know a way to get this started, or gain attention?
I’ve emailed the Capella team. I’m one for a fight on new procedures :)

Only 800 in financial aid

I still have plenty of financial aid help left according to FAFSA. But Capella is only letting me use $800 towards the $2700 I will owe in June when I start.
So far they only signed me up for one class-I guess I add the others when I’m officially starting?

I have 14 classes left in FLEXPATH because i had a lot of transferred credits

Why are they not giving me the full amount I typically get at a brick school? I’ve never had to pay out of pocket EVER. And I still have over $9000 in financial aid to use.

What do I do?
I’m new to this school.
