- 3 x 10 RDL
- 3 x 15 Squats
- 2 x 90 plank
T & Thurs
- 3 x 20 Dead bugs
- 3 x 15 Leg raises
- 3 x 10 Bicycle Crunches
- 2 x 90 Plank
I was thinking about just making some of these all for M W F rather than separating between days but I just wanted others opinions since I started trying to exercise about a week ago with this (if it helps, 18m 145 lb)
