Raccoon Help?

I don't want to take away from wildlife in imminent danger but I was hoping someone familiar with raccoons could give me some advice.
Back this winter I had a raccoon that would get in my cat food at night. Some of them (cats) come late or eat through the night. I'm working my way through getting them all fixed, ladies first. There's no resources available for cats in my county aside low cost spay/neuter but that still costs $. I have cameras and I know the easy fix is get them on a schedule but that's besides the point of this post.

When I first started seeing him/her I noticed an area on we'll say "his" back towards the tail. If it wasn't a raccoon I'd say I'd think he was a pet that had surgery and the hair was growing back. It almost looked like a square. It seemed odd but I didn't think too much about it and would bring the food if. I actually even seen him much further down the road right next to a very busy road. The last 2-3 weeks he's been coming to my backyard on the patio right next to the door. He that I can see on camera has never been mean but also isn't afraid of noise or lights and tried coming in the garage looking right at me and didn't leave until I chased him off. He possibly she because "they" are looking much bigger and the spot seems to be healing I only noticed a small patch that doesn't have hair yet. I wouldn't have thought much more about it if not for about two months ago, a friend that lives on a street connected to mine had three stray dogs chase her cat of a tree and then a few days later, the cat was killed with the assumption that it was the dogs. There is also a post from the Animal Control officer asking for help with the location of these three dogs that had been spotted around certain areas of town one being pretty close to where I live. When she posted about her cat, someone else commented with a picture of their cat that had been attacked by a dog or a dogs, and the poor thing had numerous sutures that looked very similar to what I saw with the raccoon and that made me think that they two could have been attacked by a dog or a dogs. I know they don't jump very well but can climb hopefully you'll be able to see from the clip I attach how it was hesitant to climb on a chair, but did climb on the lawnmower onto a microwave cart to get over to the table. Obviously it's able to travel a decent distance and get to food and I know that like any wild animal if there's a source of food that is easy, they're going to go for that as opposed to something that is a challenge. My concern is, does it look like it has a healed injury that could put it at risk on finding food or potential predators as there are neighborhood dogs that occasionally get out. Someone's pitbull got out one night and managed to limbo under the maybe 6 inch gap of my garage door and go after the cats inside. The times that I was asleep or missed the notification there was never any interaction between the raccoon and cats, but if it is a she that could be pregnant I know that could change. I'd whether it is a male or female if it has a disability that could potentially put it at risk I would like to contact someone about having it relocated to somewhere safe if something like that even exist around here. I aware that a current injury takes precedence over a killed in injury and a raccoon that is mobile but now that I have started picking up the cat food I'm concerned that he or she may start traveling again and I would feel terrible if something happened because I know during the day there is a hawk. Which I am aware that a Hulk is not going to go for a large raccoon but if it's desperate and it couldn't the way I suppose maybe there's a possibility and I know there is a fox in the area as well as dogs potentially steal those stray dogs.

I'll look back through my saved videos and see if I can find one from this winter when I first started seeing him when you could really tell it had some type of injury you have to look close in the video if you zoom in you'll see the small area by the tail that is still healing or the hair is still growing back rather
