Hey everyone, I recently got promoted from an Associate Consultant I to a Junior Developer. My salary went from $70k to $78k.

The thing is we’re a salesforce company and new people with 2 certs start with 75k while I with one high level cert and experience only get 3k more.

For context, I graduated about a year ago with a CS degree and have been working at the same company since graduating.

I’m trying to figure out if this was a solid raise/promotion for where I’m at in my career, or if I should be aiming higher. Would appreciate any insight or comparisons from others in similar positions.
