It was 9:35pm and I was on my way back from my pottery class, headphones in my ears but nothing playing (IYKYK).
I cross the street and there’s a deliveroo guy on his bike, catcalling me as he cycled past.
I was so stunned, I didn’t really react - then thought he was probably after a reaction so bit giving one was likely the best approach - and he looked back over his shoulder a couple of time until he was too far.
That’s kind of upset me because I was just minding my own business, lost in my thoughts, crossing the street and this asshole just made me feel like a vulnerable piece of meat. He’s probably done it to all the women on his path tonight, just cycling past and catcalling as if it was fun(ny)…
UGH!
There’s also a worry of ordering something online and having this pos show up to my door - it’s incredible how something so stupid feels so threatening!
Anyway, rant over - I literally just needed to vent before bed 😤

Hi everyone!
So, after years of wanting to get into ceramics, 2026 is the year I did!
I started off with a taster session in January - then experienced loss, grief and life went a bit weird - now, I’m back at it and had a first beginner session on Thursday.
And I am HOOKED! I found so much pleasure in wheel throwing and even when practicing lifting the walls of my pots, and failing, I was having such a blast!
I just wish I could do more hahaha
One day, hopefully, I’ll share some actual finished projects here. For now, I’ll just enjoy it all (and that includes all YOUR lovely projects 😍)

J’étais en visite à Lille aujourd’hui et, en allant rejoindre une amie, je suis passée par le parc de la citadelle. Il était peut être 16:25.
Juste avant la passerelle Edmond Ory, pour quitter le parc et monter sur la passerelle pour traverser vers le Colisée…j’ai été la victime d’un sale pervert dégueulasse…
Il a sorti son penis et se masturbait en me regardant. Ce qui m’a vraiment inquiétée, c’est qu’il me suivait et se déplaçait dans les buissons pour rester à ma hauteur.
Merci d’ailleurs au jeune homme que j’ai arrêté et à qui j’ai demandé de marcher avec moi jusqu’au Colisée - merci du fond du cœur d’avoir été super sympa 🙏
Bref, je préviens au cas où - je ne sais pas si j’ai bien réagi ou si j’aurais dû appeler la police.
Ça n’a pas l’air de grand chose mais, honnêtement, c’était flippant 😬

EDIT: j’ai appelé la police et fait un dépôt de plainte - bon, la police n’était pas très contente que j’ai attendu aussi longtemps pour appeler mais voilà…
Si prochaine fois il y a (pitié, épargnez-moi seigneur 😫), je saurais que je dois faire le 17, prendre des photos et peut être aussi le tenir par le bout du 🍆 le temps que la police arrive!
