Hello! I bought a 2-day refundable ticket and I am not going to be able to go now. When I got to manage my ticket, there is nowhere to request the refund and then I emailed Leap Events, the ticket/venue provider, and they are saying I have to submit the request directly to the provider I purchased protection from. There is nowhere other provider as I bought everything directly through them. I have told them this and I am just getting the same response

What am I doing wrong or who am I supposed to submit my request to? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
