Is this a bug? And if so, is it fixable or avoidable for the future? I managed to complete the >!Trophy of Drafting!< but it didn’t seem to take??

There wasn’t a trophy waiting in the last room I drafted, so I ended my day. The next day there wasn’t a trophy waiting in the entrance hall, and it wasn’t recorded in the Trophy Record either. Looking back, the day is still summarized the same, as if I got >!21 Dead Ends (counting I only see 20 including the outer room, but maybe the antechamber can count? Either way, enough for the trophy). It also seems like the map of my house has rooms missing from the record (fairly sure it’s 3 “Billiard” (updated to Break Room)!< Is that why it messed up?
