Flex RT (Question)

So I’ve recently gotten approved to transfer into Flex RT from Flex PT but it is shown as seasonal on the duration, has anyone here stayed into Flex RT with this after the seasonal or transferred back to flex PT due the business needs?

Also what benefits did y’all get with it?

I am still a white badge associate with 6 months tenure.
