What are the dangers of freediving I might now know of?
Hello, last year during summer I really got into freediving, I did some research but I think knowledge from the internet isn't enough about safety precautions. My biggest achievement was diving around 4-5m in a public pool. I only dived when there weren't as much people around, with lifeguards on the watch and with my friend making sure something didn't happen to me. I'm aware of shallow water blackouts and I tried my best to avoid that, diving only 3-4 times, not making my self too tired and staying hydrated. Is there anything I should know? Is what i've been doing dangerous? Please let me know as summer is coming up and I really want to continue my journey safely. Thanks
