Hey everyone, I'm a bartender who does overtime usually and I built a small web app called ShiftTrack over the past few months. It started because was tracking shifts in Excel
What it does: You log your own shifts — start, end, break, tips. The app calculates earnings, overtime, and gives a monthly summary automatically. Managers can create a team, see everyone's hours, and get a labour cost breakdown without chasing anyone for timesheets.
It supports 10 languages which was important to me since a lot of hospitality workers across Europe aren't working in their first language.
I would really appreciate any feedback, such as what's missing, what's confusing and what would make you actually use it or recommend it to someone.
