camera tripod? | bishkek

Hello I’m traveling and left my tripod in the airport :(

Where in Bishkek can I buy a camera/phone tripod? The type where the camera can screw on and so can a phone attachment like this picture.

Thank you in advance.

Hi all! I’m 23F, 5’3”, SW: 210, CW: 165. I started my first few months without GLP1 and now I am on one for my insulin resistance (PCOS). I’ve basically lost those 45lb through diet (high protein, low carb but not keto, low-moderate fat), walking, and pole fitness. I’m starting to weight train now but have started to notice considerable butt sagging. I already had a flat butt BTW but the bottom was at least somewhat rounded off, now it’s deflated like a downward slope.

Basically all that to say, any advice to prevent loose skin as I keep losing weight? I’m already losing weight slowly ~1.3lb a week for the last 8 months. I’m going to start weight lifting but I don’t know what else to do. I’ve read some wellness hacks online like water fasting for 36-72h every two weeks for autophagy, firming creams, collagen, dry brushing, lymphatic drainage, etc. but I want to ask real people what has worked for them. A lot of these IG reels and tik toks are linked to a purchase link for a product.

I’m willing to add supplements or regimens into my routine I don’t care, but would love to prevent loose skin as I keep going because I have another 30-40lb to go. I know I’ll probably have anyways because I’ve been overweight (technically obese lol) my whole life but being able to reduce and prevent it early on would be nice.

TLDR: 23F lost 45lb without weight training and looking for tried and true tips to prevent loose skin as I have 30-40lb more to go

Thank you in advance!!!!
