I need some help doing some Mission Alert Venture missions for some XP, +34 with some mini bosses. Just two missions is all.
I’m level 14 I need to get to level 17 for a core reperk item I need. My epic is SeverityRune11.

Okay so Smashers are highly resistant to impact, which is why you force them to path near the edge and use high impact wall launchers (3-4) to stagger them. Except I’m focused on building one side of my SSD and no Smashers spawned in the test defense. (I’m Twine SSD2) The loop works on Blaster Mist Monsters (edge pathing, wall lights stun and have 3 impact, and wall launchers have 3 impact = knock off ledge) and the traps kill all the husks, but if several Smashers spawn and wreck my tunnel, it’s over. To clarify what I want to know. It works on Blasters, should it work on Smashers? It sounds like I might have enough but I can’t be too sure. Also does power level increase (they are currently 76) make them scale higher so I might eventually need 4 impact to make it possible?
So I’m practicing my building on a fresh account, and I need someone who is good at building (preferably a Twine Peaks player) to critique my building and trap sections to see if what I have built would work well in future sections of the game. I have very limited traps and much of their flaws are the reload time. My wall darts are pretty good. I’m currently on the quests right before Stonewood SSD 6, and I have yet to place down the last amplifier for that section. I am currently low on resources so I will not be able to build more sections at the moment, so this is what I have right now. If anyone is up for it, add me. My username is John_RootBeer.
So in order to create a knockdown loop my light traps and other traps need to use impact to knock husks off railings so they have to walk back. Do I need to upgrade my impact perks on the traps in order to make the loop work? If so I’ll have to grind a lot of perk up resources. I’m in Twine Peaks btw.
I’m a founder and old STW player, but I only made it to Canny Valley back then. I don’t understand the theory behind advanced building and different building types. I pay attention to the many paths a husk can take to my base, and set up traps there, but I don’t know how to manipulate the AI, build trap tunnels, and many other things. As it stands now, I over prepare for the Storm Shield Defense, and I rely solely on my weapons and skill as a gamer to defend the base effectively. I want to learn how to become a better builder and reach the skill level of my peers in Twine Peaks. Can I get some advice or maybe a pointer towards a video guide that is extremely useful?
