I'm Confused. If it says that protactinium was first identified in 1913 through its isotope 234mPa, why does it say here that 234mPa was discovered in 1921 instead of 1913?

It also says that Protactinium was first discovered in 1913 when the same article says that a guy named William Crookes in 1900 isolated Protactinium from Uranium. Is it because he couldn't characterize it as a new element from Uranium? I'm confused.
