Almost caught my house on fire this morning! This candle was burning maybe 20-30 minutes. Thankfully I noticed it in time. The flame was huge as the outter ring of the candle caught fire, not the wax itself. I trimmed the wicks too before I lit it. And only 2 of the 3 stayed lit (as you can see from the burn marks on the wicks) This is a new one for me. 🤔
US based customer - I’ve ordered (filler) from this same vendor before and shipping was always quick. This new order I placed on 4/24/26 included Innotox.
I’m on the 10th business day since ordering. Tracking states my package is currently in the last leg of it delivery process to my local USPS for delivery. It’s been in that status for the last four days my worry is, Innotox is supposed to be refrigerated and not left out in room temperature. With delivery taking this long, is the effectiveness going to be compromised at this point when it does arrive.? I did message the vendor however they’re out and unable to reply until Sunday. I’ve never had a problem with this vendor before, but I’m extremely concerned about this order has anyone had a similar experience having tox delivered? And if so, did you still try to use it? And was it effective?
Edited to state: there is a flat rate shipping fee no option for express shipping or I would have done that. Typical experience with shipping was very quick with past orders.
