I’m tired boss

I’ve never been happy with my weight, I got fed up to the point of action six months ago. Decided I was through with being fat, went from 280 to now at 208 over the past 6 months. No drugs of any kind, just pure self disgust, and now I’m at a point where apparently I’m eating too little, walking about 25k steps a day and lifting 4 times a week. I eat about 1300 calories a day, and according to Google I need to eat more calories now, luckily gym performance hasn’t gone down any so I caught it in time. It’s just that eating has become such a battle lately and I hate doing it. I don’t know why I’m writing this, maybe hoping others have had similar experience. Sorry in advance.
