A decision was made by the QCAT Adjourdicator to Dismiss the applicant's application for a Termination Order Warrant of Possession. My daughter found a paper folded in 3 in our mailbox on the way home from school, Monday 3.15pm. I believe it to be a WOP. Though i have never seen one, to be certain. The month at that time was November. The WOP had October which had already pasted. I rang the police station that was handwritten at the bottom of form to ask what this was. I explained that the decision made on the application by the applicant had been dismissed. She was rude and just said to me i am wrong. I explained it had the wrong month on it. She said it is probably just a typo; we will issue another one. The following afternoon, my daughter 13, finds another one in the mailbox. This one had the 13th November 2025. A different officer had signed it. I tried to call QCAT, magistrates court anyone to help. Knowone answered the phone to me. 8.30am Thursday morning my daughter and i walked out of the property with only a bag and our cat Milly. We had to leave our other cat Molly because she wouldn't leave. We had lived in the apartment for 13 years. It was our home. Mavis home its all she knew. We could not get our belongings. The building manager destroyed everything. We have now been out here for 6 months. On our own with nothing and noone. We have been treated inhumanly and with no regard.
