I joined a company recently . They said 10 publoc holidays and 25 leaves.

But in 25 leaves

6 sick leaves ( 3 in first half next 3 gets credited in second half)

6 casual leaves (same as sick leave)

13 Earned leaves (1.09 per month carry upto 10)

I felt the leaves are very rationed.

WFO 3 days per week.They ask to maintain weekly basis.

Now where I got frustruated is out of 10 public holidays for 2 of which falls in weeken they didnt adjust other holidays .Only 8 public holidays.No leave for new year and Sankaranthi.I was able to access the last 1 to 2 years I atleast always had Sankaranthi leave but this is very new.

Am I ecpectong too much.

Nielsen 25LPA+2.5 Var

Wissen(Morgan Stanley) 26 LPA

Both offers 3 days WFO

With Nielsen I have extra holidays

With Wissen extra in hand less PF

1.What is important to me is WLB .Since it is Bangalore, an office environment who is ok with spending lesser time in office (more time in office =more time in traffic)

2.I have dependent parents so might have to visit hometown here and there .So need WFH sometimes

Please give your suggestions.
