Mega Gardevoir MUR Error?
Considering to buy this card locally but am unsure if this qualified as an error. Seller claims that there is a "foil pattern" on the numbers and the name as wel. Would like to know if this is a known error for MUR cards and if so, how did the error come about. TIA
