Who is this growing in the shade of my composter?
Its not a tomato and he sprung up in the last 2 weeks.

This shrub outside of my house grew immensely in the last 3 years. Its starting to become a nuisance since it's roots really get leggy into my side of the fence and sprout little plants. I was thinking of cutting it down one afternoon since the land it's on is still being developed. Will it grow back if I leave it's stumps?
