I need advice about estate attorneys statutory fees claim

Location: Fresno, CA is the location of the estate. I am located in San Diego CA. I’ve just received my first and final accounting from my Attorney RE and estate account. They are claiming $5000 worth of statutory hours billable. They claim that they are outside of the normal realm of ordinary hours. Are the highlighted items considered ordinary expenses? I have screenshot and highlighted the claims that I believe are ordinary expenses for an estate account. The situation was that there was a will however, the two people listed in the will signed declination forms immediately. I was the only remaining Child. The only other difficulty was at the house was going into foreclosure. They claimed they had a realtor that they work with who in the end did nothing and I had to pay over $43,000 to save the house from foreclosure. Neither Attorney nor realtor made any listing or any attempt to save the house other than me doing all the legwork talking to the mortgage company. They also claimed that they could put together a cash offer if they were unable to sell the home in time. That never occurred or was discussed with me after the initial suggestion either.
