What do I do? Seriously

I’ve lived here for a year but moved to a bigger apartment right next door. I have a neighbor 3 floors above me who is watering her plants over her patio and on to mine. It’s lasting for 5-10 minutes at a time multiple times a day and damaging my patio and items. Even splashing my dog and I when we are sitting outside.
I had to walk up there last night to ask her to please stop because we got hit at 10pm sitting and watching the moon and it just KEPT coming. I thought it would have been a simple convo, but she does not care and says she’s had no complaints…yea cause the apartment was empty???
I’ve sent an email but our office is short staffed and very busy… I just think this is INSANE. And then she continued when I got back down to my apartment…

Edit: Yall she is not the only gardener in this building on a high floor. No other units drip on to the lower levels. You can water plants without it dripping on to a lower floor. I am also a gardener. She also waters the plants multiple times a day. This is my first time noticing it at night because I was sitting outside.

First time gardening

This has been such an exciting learning experience! I’ve had so much fun learning from this sub and seeing the new colors every morning and sunset when I come out on my patio 😍 I went in knowing this was going to be a learning experience and fully expected to make mistakes or have some dead plants but I’m really proud of myself!! Next year I know to get way bigger planters to let them fully spread wild lol I was hoping to have them hanging over the sides and front but didn’t find the right ones in time
