Received conditional GC and transitioned from H1b visa. After producing updated I9 section B and docs to HR, what is the process on HR end ?

I heard from them they would have to manually reach out to e-verify to update I9 records and currently doesn't have process to update as workday I9 flow.

Tried reaching out to HR after submission, not hearing back any updates for a week so wondering what really happens next.

Looking to get guidance someone who went through this process
