Should I watch Chainsaw Man?

I've been wanting to start watching this anime for months, but I'm too hesitant. I'm VERY uncomfortable with sexual or suggestive heterosexual scenes, especially if the male character involved is cocky/not serious. From what I know, CSM has a lot of suggestive scenes and the main character (Denji) is quite horny, so I'm worried I might have problems watching it. However, I really like the character designs, so I'm in this state of hesitation. Should I watch it or is it better not to? People who have watched CSM, please help me (I don't mind spoilers so feel free).

Honestly, when season 4 ended, I was completely convinced that the Jade Emperor would be succeeded by Erlang Shen, since he's his nephew and it would have been a perfect opportunity to introduce his character into the series. When the season 5 trailer came out and I discovered they'd included Li Jing instead, I was devastated. Why him? It seems like a senseless choice; why did they even need to make him appear and give him such prominence? It would have made far more sense to include Erlang, who's an important character in JTTW and SHOULD be in the series sooner or later.

PS: It could be that they mentioned in season 5 why Li Jing replaced the Jade Emperor, but honestly, I don't remember (it's been a while since I rewatched LMK so I they mentioned it and I don't remember that's why)
