Went to London for the concert, wanted to thank you guys for being such an awesome fanbase.
So, just to start this off—much like Danny, I'm Jewish.
I'm not from England but I travelled to London specifically to see NSP, and the entire time leading up to it I was being warned about the rise of antisemitism in England (whether people here agree or disagree is not a topic to discuss here, this isn't a subreddit for politics), and was told I'd be better off not informing people I'm Jewish.
But at the concert, when I was with other fans in line, I raised the fact that I was Jewish around some people and the response I got was really wonderful, it made me feel totally safe with you guys <3 I really admire how Danny seems to have managed to cultivate a fandom that feels positively about Jewish people just by being so openly himself, it's genuinely wonderful and honestly really inspiring too. It's nice seeing somebody so much like me doing what he does.
So yeah I just wanted to say thank you guys for being so cool and kind, the concert was really fun :)
