I’ve seen two separate interesting theories regarding Julie’s story walking: One, that it’s possible she was the one that wrote the Cromenockle book to help Ethan navigate Fromville and solve its mysteries. Ethan is the only one who’s willing to look at Fromville with a more open mind. Julie could be helping him connect all the pieces that she’s found out through her story walking.

The second theory is that she’s the one that helped Victor survive all that time after the massacre. It is partly based on how Victor responds to her on one of the first times they interact, as if they had met before.

Both of these theories would make so Julie has to spend prolonged periods of time outside of the current timeline we see.

I know we’re still understanding how her story walking works. Heck, she still understanding how it works. Are any of these two theories actually possible ?

Wouldn’t it be the coolest thing to see that she was influencing things going on in the show since season one?

I like seeing all the buzz around this show but are we even watching the same show?! I don’t quite get the people who say nothing is being answered and more mysteries are being created. The last two episodes of season 3 alone answered many questions. And we have been seeing pictures of the MIY since season 1, so this is that not new mystery.

Tabitha’s bracelet that she finds in the storage room, Jade’s vision of the Civil War Soldier, the person who spoke to Jim through the radio tower, the mystery of Fatima’s “baby” — these are among the things that HAVE answers. And the biggest mystery of all—who the monsters are and who the children in white gowns are, yup that has an answer too. I’m sure the show will clarify more on this as we go.

Are there things left to know? Yes. But isn‘t that the point of the show progressing through the trajectory of the season?

Last, for the fans who say the “writers don’t know what the are doing”, just re-watch season 1 episode 9 and look at how Jim is shown in the tower….thats all I will say.
