Why do I not see any H&M in sherwood park? Considering that the community is growing and known to be affluent, the buying power is good. Just wondering!

We should have an outlet mall in Sherwood Park
Sherwood Park Alberta is the perfect location to put up a big outlet mall like the one near the Edmonton International airport. It just makes more sense! Not sure why we are not getting these types of developments here when our community is pretty affluent and for we all drive to edmonton and anywhere else to shop.
