I’m brand new and had some questions. My fb ad budget will be small at first. Maybe 10-15$ a day. I don’t have enough to split test my ads, so my question is how long do I wait until determining an ad is a dud? And how exactly can you tell?

Also I live in a city of 500k, is it best to target by zip code and breaking it down into chunks? Or targeting the city as a whole?
