Nexrep

I had a very disappointing experience with Nexrep. On multiple occasions I raised legitimate work-related concerns with the director Sidney and received evasive responses and a refusal to respond directly. I was constantly responded to with statements that had nothing to do with helping with the issues I was having. RS's were unhelpful when I reported system issues and account problems; tickets were closed without resolution and follow-up support was inconsistent. These failures caused repeated interruptions to my work and left problems unresolved for days. Management needs to held accountable for their actions and lack there of. Some RS's can make threatening remarks to you and are not reprimanded when reported as they are the favorites of Sidney.

If you rely on timely support, clear communication, and accountability, be aware that this company did not meet those basic expectations in my experience. I hope management addresses these issues and improves responsiveness, transparency, and technical support.
