USCIS N400 RFE RESPONSE TIME
Anyone get an RFE after a n400 interview? How long did it take for them to make a decision after you submitted? We were told no longer then 60 days and its been longer then that. We have the silent update and discovered fingerprints were pulled may 2 but nothing since then. Our RFE is to show were on a tax payment plan even though we already showed that at the interview but guess we had to show again? I dont know i dont feel very good about this and my husband is from Morocco which is one of the countries where visas now arent given anymore. Its not supposed to affect currently processing cases but I dont know. I heard being on a tax payment plan isnt legally allowed to be denied because they say they allow it. Even our interview officer said its not a problem. Our case office is also in a very slow place. Fort Myers.
