USPS Help
Hey guys! I am a seller for Magic the gathering cards, and for some reason we randomly have orders not make it through USPS. Does anyone have any tips?
For more context: we put our cards in a penny sleeve, no more than 7 cards at a time, and a piece of cardboard for protection (its cheaper than hard plastic sleeves and we have found that it actually works, we actually have little-to no complaints about it). But for some reason, we randomly get spurts of envelopes put back.
If we go over 20 cards, we put in an extra stamp due to the extra weight. We never have those orders returned. We only get the ones that are the 8ish cards and 1 stamp returned.
Is this a just me thing? Does anyone else deal with this as a card seller? What do you guys do differently? Im really at a loss and I am honestly getting annoyed. It doesnt happen often, maybe once every month. But I would like it to not happen ya know?
