I studied a case today at 20:26 HRS IST. The native is Libra Lagna. Technical data is as follows: ASC Libra 12-34-11 Chitra 2, Atmakaraka Venus 18-45-22 Swati 4 placed in 7th house Aries with Darakaraka Mercury 22-10-11 Vishakha 1, Moon 05-22-14 Chitra 3 in 1st house Libra, Saturn 14-55-30 Sravana 2 and Rahu in 4th house Capricorn, Mars as 7th lord at 08-11-40 Ardra 1 in 9th house Gemini. The native is running Saturn Mahadasha and marriage is delayed till 35 years.

My Observation on AK in 7th:

I have seen many charts where Venus in the 7th for Libra Lagna forms Malavya Yoga and should give early marriages. I have seen Mercury with Venus should give intelligent spouses. But in this case, I observed Atmakaraka in 7th itself became the reason for the delay. I have seen when Atmakaraka sits in 7th, the native searches for a partner who is a mirror of his own soul. I have seen expectations become too high. I have seen this perfectionism causes rejections of many suitable alliances.

Saturn + Rahu in 4th:

I observed Saturn and Rahu in 4th house in Capricorn as a major block. I have seen Saturn as 4th and the 5th lord in own sign with Rahu creates the Shrapit-like energy at the Sukha Bhava. I have seen such natives faces home disturbances, responsibilities towards the mothers, or lack of mental peace for marriage decisions. I have also seen Saturn's 10th aspect on 1st house Moon creates a Vish Yoga-like effects. I have seen Moon in 1st makes the person highly sensitive and mostly overthinking, which I have seen leading to the isolations in the Saturn Mahadasha.

7th Lord in 9th in Dual Signs:

I have observed 7th lord Mars in 9th house in the Gemini, a dual sign. I have seen this gives proposals from the distant places, different communities, or through the father. I have seen Gemini gives dualities in the decision making. I have seen the native oscillating between the traditional and modern partner choices. I have seen this indecision itself causes the delays.

My Conclusion:

From my experience in the Jaimini, I have seen AK + DK conjunctions in 7th is a strong Raja Yoga for the partnerships but it matures late. I feel Saturn Mahadasha is not punishing but teaching self-love here. I have seen Moon in 1st with Saturn aspects indicates the native needs to heal his own emotional patterns first. I have seen marriages happening after 35-36, especially in the Saturn-Jupiter or Saturn-Venus antardashas. I believe this case proves delayed marriages is not always 7th house afflictions, sometimes it is Atmakaraka's placements.

I have seen 100+ charts in last 6 months where native is 30+, 32+, 35+ and still single. Society says Mangal Dosha hai. Pandit says Shani ki Sade Sati hai. Family says Pooja karao.

It is none of that. It is Moola Bhang.

Your chart is DELAYING your marriage to PROTECT you. This is not basic 7th house = marriage gyaan. This is advanced.

1. Badhakesh - The Real Blocker You Never Checked

We all check 7th Lord. No one checks Badhakesh.

For Movable Lagna (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) Badhakesh is 11th Lord. For Fixed Lagna (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) Badhakesh is 9th Lord. For Dual Lagna (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) Badhakesh is 7th Lord.

Badhakesh = pure obstruction.

When Badhakesh sits in 7th House, or aspects 7th House, or sits FROM 7th House (which is 7th from 7th = 1st house), your marriage gets blocked from within your own circle.

Example: Aquarius Lagna, Badhakesh is Venus (9th Lord). If Venus sits in 7th Leo, your own value system, your own comfort, your own past relationship idea is blocking you. Rishta aayega, baat banegi, last moment pe toot jayega. This is not Mangal. This is Badhakesh Moola Bhang.

For Dual Lagnas it is worse. Badhakesh IS 7th Lord. So your marriage lord itself is your blocker. You have to build solid ground BEFORE marriage. That is why delay.

2. Markesh - The Money and Family Bhang

2nd and 7th Lords are Markesh. Maraka = Killer.

Why is 7th a Maraka? Because 7th is 12th from 8th (longevity). 2nd is 12th from 3rd.

When your 7th Lord is conjunct with Markesh, or 7th House has Markesh in it, or 7th Lord goes to Maraka Sthana (2nd or 7th), your marriage becomes a financial or family negotiation, not a soul connection.

If your 7th Lord is in 2nd, or 2nd Lord in 7th with malefic aspect - stop blaming Mars. Check Markesh. Your family karma is blocking it.

3. Upapada Lagna - What You Actually Attract

This is Jaimini's gem. UL is Arudha of 12th House. 12th = Bed, loss of self. So UL = What you attract as a spouse.

If UL is in 6th, 8th, 12th from Lagna - delay is GUARANTEED.

If UL is in 6th you attract partners you have to fight for. If UL is in 8th you attract partners after a major breakdown. If UL is in 12th you attract partners from foreign land, or after you go far from birthplace.

And check UL Lord in D9. If UL Lord is debilitated in D9, or in 6th/8th/12th in D9, or with Ketu - you will attract, but it will not materialize.

Your delay is because your UL is being cleansed.

4. A7 vs DK - The Biggest Confusion of This Generation

A7 = Arudha of 7th. A7 is your SEXUAL ATTRACTION. What turns you on.

DK = Darakaraka. Lowest degree planet. Soul of your spouse.

A7 is lust. DK is soul.

Modern dating is 100% A7 driven. Tinder, Bumble, Instagram all A7.

But you MARRY your DK, not your A7.

If your DK is Saturn - your spouse will be mature, older, disciplined, maybe foreign, delayed. If your DK is Ketu - your spouse will be spiritual, silent, past life connected, and will come LATE.

So what happens? You chase A7 till 29-30, get hurt, and then your DK appears at 32-33. And you call it delay. No, it is correction.

Check this - Where is your A7? Where is your DK from A7? If DK is 6th/8th/12th from A7 you will NEVER marry who you are attracted to. You will marry opposite.

Final Audit - What To Do

Stop Mangal Shanti.

Find your Badhakesh. Where is it from 7th House? That is your real blockage.

Check Markesh connection with 7th. If 2nd Lord in 7th or 7th Lord in 2nd - separate money from marriage discussion. Build your own Dhana first.

Find your Upapada Lagna. Count from Lagna - is it 6/8/12? If yes, marriage will be delayed or foreign or second attempt. Accept it.

Find your A7 and your DK. Are they 6/8/12 from each other? If yes, stop chasing attraction.

Delay is not denial. Saturn never denies. Saturn delays to give you solid ground.

Your chart wants you to build your second innings first - career, self respect. Then DK will come.
