Has anyone lived in City Heights?
I am looking to buy a flat in town and the building is considerably cheaper than anything else around it. E.g. there is a 3 bed flat at the moment for around 164k and a 1 bed about to be auctioned starting at 90k.
It looks grotty but the location is great.
Any experience with the management company?
