I may be over thinking this. When referring to the Star Wars Island, is that just the block of land where the original Star Wars quests were located? With the permanent Rebel Base? Thanks! Hope everyone is loving this stuff as much as I am!!

Trying to build the giant town center plan. Toward the end there are two "C" shaped pieces up top. It will Not let me build one of them. Not a resource issue. I've tried starting the step over, restarting, but nothing. Any hints??
