As you know i got a damage sticker sheet for my lego set that was having a clean box and then after you guys told me to email lego , i got 2 respond . And i want to ask that my sticker sheet process has been start or they are asking for the proof and the major question for the second email. Do I have to email them in the same reply or something else?
The box was super clean with no sign of damaged, but when I open it, it was having a damage sticker sheet. Whose fault is it ? Lego or delivery agent. I thought having a good condition box for me having a good sticker sheet.
