Hello everyone,
I am an author from codecanyon, i built and released several SaaS solutions, i feel very messy while managing my customer’s feature request.
I released so many features frequently and that is absolutely unnecessary for so many other users, i noted all the feature request manually from email, chat and support system.
It becomes a very big headache for me. I decided to use feedback management system software, I subscribed a tool online and it’s end up with 750 USD/mo because they’re providing unwanted features and AI things.
I stop paying subscription fee. Because my total revenue is not that much. I’ve not paid and my data got lost.
I want very simple, minimalist and easy to use software. I built feednote.io for me and i saved 700 usd every month.
I thought about why we should make this public for affordable cost so, that could save my server bill and basic maintenance.
I decided to make this accessible for everyone and i made simple pricing plans with free forever.
I also created a feedback page for feednote.io
So, please check it out and let me know your thoughts. That could help me to improve this in a better way.
