Beginner Foundations

First learn to stay in your swing stance at the beginning but then eventually you have to move. To improve stability bring feet together before lunge as you get stronger & more stable you can go from swing stance to lunge :) good luck !

Balance, Core Strength & Mindset to Challenge

Been training push-up variations over 10 years of the kettlebell. Many factors to train and 6 years of 100 pushups a day so this is not to show you to do it but to show you what 10+ of kettlebell has created for me at 51

Hate sit-ups? Might be your form is off .

If you do a sit-up and it hurts your lower back you might be training wrong. There should be no space between your back and the ground - do a pelvic tilt . Adding in a kettlebell will actually help you sit up (proper weight of course) because it gives you counterbalance !! Let's get strong 💪💪
