The thumbnails look like the restaurant menus that I see online nowadays.
Common "not x, but y" phrases, pauses in weird moments.
There's even 10h+ longplay videos with (possibly generated) webcam footage and audio. These could all be stolen from other creators, with only the audio and overlays replaced.
They even have a Twitch page.
