Hello everyone, i’m trying to gather information regarding F1 VISA renewal for someone who is under academic probation.

I’m a Master student, just finished my first semester (Spring) and got 2.85 GPA (A- and C). Right now I plan to go back home for summer break but not sure if the GPA will affect my VISA renewal or not. As long as I know, GPA is just a supporting document on top of having a proper signed I20 and others.

Those who have experienced before, what do you think? Thank you beforehand! (please don’t answer if you don’t have experience before or you just assume, it only make me and other confused)
