
Progress so far. March ‘25 to May ‘26
Decided I wanted to lose weight so i started doing a calorie deficit (1500 calorie limit) with no workouts involved in March 2025. 5’6 18 years old. I started around roughly 185-190 lbs, now down to a hair over 140. I’m at the point where I like the weight but I’m wanting to start actually working out, would it be possible to slim down my love handles and possibly get visual abs by June 30th? As of a couple days ago I started taking 5g of creatine per day and I’m eating around 1600-1850 calories, roughly 150-200g of carbs, 50-70g of fat, and at minimum 110g of protein, and atleast 110oz of water, I have a short workout routine I do for around 30 minutes between school and work that targets upper body, lower body, arms, and core. Is this achievable in my timeframe? Any help and advice is greatly appreciated
