Norio Akuhara got absolutely cyberpsycho'd by a random Tyger Claw with a baton.
Didn't touch Norio at all.
While I was dealing with the frontline goons during "Phantom of Night City", this absolute legend with a baton decided to solo stunlock Norio Akuhara.
Norio didn’t even get to trigger his phase 2 escape sequence.
Sadly, the hero turned on me immediately after, so I had to put a knife through his brain.
