I'm at a loss it's a tough decision and my other keeper is Tet in the 5th round.
I feel like jeanty is younger and has a higher ceiling than cook. But is cook good enough right now to where the 3rd round is all that better.
This is probably my last year as a lifeguard and I have worked this beach in MA for six years now. During covid we had 3 lifeguards total for a lot of beach. I don't want that repeating but we don't even get Inservice training or actual waterfront additional training and for a small town budget they don't want a lot of people on payroll. However we work 8 hours with a 1 hour lunch break in between. 4 hours of constant surveillance is not typical or recommended by the Red Cross. My biggest concern bringing this stuff up to my boss is the town might just cut the program all together and not have beach guards. We don't get paid overtime if we do it isn't actually overtime they spread the time over the next few pay periods. Now there's a lot of legal stuff here that I dont really know how to broach. The man thing is what do yall think I should do just keep quiet till the end of the summer and talk about it after or what?
I have a lot of QB depth Burrow, DJ, Herbo, Nix
But my RB depth is buns other than cooks and skat
Wr room is lit AJ, CD,London,etc
Guy wants herbo and might take herbo and cooks for Bijan what are our thoughts for me getting Bijan out of that
