New build. Less than 4 months old. Noticed baseboard was moving away from the wall 2 weeks ago. Re caulked it and forgot about it. Today I’ve noticed heavy water damage , pulled all the caulking and there was a lot of water/moisture behind the trim. Dry wall is also soft right above the baseboard.

I checked inside the shower and everything is sealed nicely. Could it still be shower? Maybe the small window above is leaking? I imagine this will be huge task for builder to fix, perhaps all the tiles have to be pulled…
