Wanted to Share a W
Been a lurker since April 11. Went for a physical for the first time as an adult (30 M) and was horrified. Father's side has high cholesterol. Physician recommended statin. Wanted time to attempt a change before committing to meds.
Completely changed my diet, quit nicotine, and increased exercise. I cut out all processed foods and stopped making coffee with my French press. Worked out great apparently!
I thought this was a done deal because of genetics but you can make a change and see a difference!!!
