I am flying in to Denver tomorrow morning, landing around ~10am. I grew up in Boulder and Denver as a young kid from ‘97-01 and am excited to come back for free, on my own. I am driving down to Pueblo for work. Im not trying to spend too much time in Pueblo, as this is my second trip for work.

My ask is: where is a good spot to drive in from the Denver airport to have lunch and see the city before I drive down to Pueblo to check in to my hotel. I’m coming from New Orleans so anything remotely funky is encouraged.

Any advice is appreciated. I’ve checked the awesome r/denver FAQ but any nuance is appreciated. Apologies if this violates any subreddit guidelines.
