PC build around $2500 - $3000 pre-tax with upgrade potential

My "gaming laptop" just died and I am now looking to build an actual PC.

It's been a while since I've built one so I am clueless about what's good these days.

Looking at AMD platform for CPU and for GPU not sure.

I've always been an NVIDIA guy but I am open to AMD as well if they're comparable these days.

Will mostly be used for gaming and occasionally video/photo editing and some 3d printing related slicing/rendering.

I'd like to play in 1440, doesn't have to be max settings tho.

I mostly play whatever new AAA games comes out as well as some multiplayer games. Crimson Desert, Cyberpunk, Tarkov, BF, Hogwarts Legacy etc.

I don't care for fancy looking cases, color matching, rgbs or anything like that. I care more about the functionality.

Would be nice to have something less noisy as well but not a priority.

Will be reusing keyboard, monitor, mouse etc.

Just need the tower.

Ideally through CC and available for delivery.

Bonus if some of the parts can potentially be upgraded in the future.

I know literally every part can be upgraded but I'm talking reasonably.

Thank you!
