I’m trying to order the fitting shown in the attached photos for our CVD gas line setup, but I’m having trouble finding the exact same part.

I can find many similar-looking components online, especially Ultra-Torr style fittings, but I’m not confident whether they are actually compatible or serve the same function as the original part.

More specifically, does the component shown in image #3 appear to serve the same role/function as the original fitting shown in images #1 and #2?

Or does anyone happen to know the exact product name or part number of the original fitting?

From the previous replies, I suspect this may be an Ultra-Torr type fitting (possibly Swagelok/Cajon related), but I’m still unsure.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
