Request for Account Review and Verification Support
Hello, I have submitted multiple account review requests, providing detailed information about our project, the nature of our emails, and our use case. Unfortunately, these requests were repeatedly dismissed with very vague explanations.
The description field in the form has a strict character limit, making it difficult to explain our project in full detail. It has now been a couple of weeks since my last verification request with adjusted information was submitted.
Could you please review this case? For context, we only plan to send transactional emails and a very low volume of monitoring alerts. I would appreciate it if we could get this resolved so we can begin using the service. Thanks!
