What really bothers you with your current reservation service and what's missing?

I'm currently building reservation system based on feedback received from salon owners, nail techs, etc. I'm going to barber shops, my wife goes to do nails and we just asked what they dislike.

If you have a pain that you would really enjoy a solution, I'd like to hear that.

Currently we have solved several issues and things and most important, we solved problem about first time no-shows and implemented deposit system for first time clients.
