Constipation…
Do you all notice going to the bathroom less because of eating clean??
I went on vacation, ate awful. Had tummy problems because of it. Went to the bathroom Sunday. Ive ate really clean (tons of veggies and protein) and now haven’t gone since then (it’s Thursday). I’ve taken MiraLAX, milk of mag, prunes, warm drinks, walking and lymphatic massage. I’m miserable. I hurt so bad. This seems to happen when I eat healthy/low calorie/clean. Am I doing something wrong? Is this just how it is for everyone? How can I prevent this in the future?
Here’s my daily food:
Breakfast- 150g egg whites, either a sola bagel or two pieces of Sarah Lee delightful bread, a laughing cow and coffee with sugar free Torani & almond milk
Lunch- 3 chicken teriyaki meatballs, half bag of sugar snap pea stir fry mix, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish & 1.5 servings G Hughes Sweet Chili Sauce
Dinner varies but last night we had taco pizzas on naan and a side salad.
Snacks I ate a yoplait light n fit remix and a yogurt bowl with Greek yogurt, protein powder and sugar free pudding mix
