What challenges are you facing?

i´m a automation / digitalization consultant which has been working with CRM for some years now. While working for a 9 figure company and having the responsibility for some departments I figured that CRM is not always the same. Right now I do have a side hustle and am trying to figure out what might distinguish my software, which is in a beta right now, from others.
While there are standartized frameworks such as ITIL (which is also more commonly used in a CSM), these never work out for sales, as sales are completely individual based on what product you are selling.
I´ve checked HubSpot, I´ve checked Pipedrive. But they never seemed to be as simple as I wish they would have been.
While they may be full of features, they don´t seem to be as user friendly as I assume.
So my question is.. What is your experience with common CRMs and what is something that you need?
Is it pricing, is it features, automation, AI Agents, Integration. A mix of all. Simpleness or something I didn´t think of?
